Hi, I’m Courtney — a former engineer turned dahlia enthusiast. I live in Bellingham, WA with my husband, two kids, and a 2026 hobby garden plan featuring over 500 dahlias. I mean, 500 is still a hobby right? RIGHT?Dahlia Wizard started as my way to escape the chaos of spreadsheets, mislabeled photos, and the mystery of “tuber #47.” I wanted a tool that made it easier to track all the details of my dahlias and how they grow - without being tied to a computer. I ended up creating a resource that grew beyond my own needs into a hub for the dahlia community — a place to organize varieties, share photos, track blooms, and trade plants like the flower-obsessed wizards we all are.One of Dahlia Wizard’s goals is to document and verify data for existing dahlia varieties, strengthening the community with better, more reliable information.
